Es muy triste, la gente es muy insolidaria.  A la que ven un hueco libre para poner o para aparcar el vehículo, les da lo mismo que tenga la señalización de ser una plaza reservada para una persona con discapacidad, que posiblemente le gustaría no tener que aparcar en esa plaza, pero es necesario, ya que cuando la gente dice:  que suerte tienen algunos, de que el ayuntamiento les dé una plaza reservada en la vía pública.  Lo que no se dan cuenta es que éstas plazas que muchas veces tienen unas dimensiones especiales, es porque el usuario, lo necesita, silla de ruedas, andador, pmr………y lo más fuerte es que el ayuntamiento no pone medidas para frenar esto.  Tanto quejarse que tienen problemas de ingresos, que pongan sanciones de quinientos o mil euros por estacionar en plazas de personas con discapacidad sin serlo como ya hacen otras administraciones.

Yo, muchos días cuando llego, con mi vehículo a la plaza reservada en frente de mi casa, y esta ocupada, normalmente toco el claxon a ver si sacan el coche, furgoneta, camión…….( es una vergüenza ), luego si no aparece el conductor llamo a la guardia urbana y solicito el servicio de grúa ( que normalmente puede tardar de 30 minutos  a una hora y pico ), lo más fuerte es que yo vivo en Barcelona, una ciudad con más de tres millones de habitantes, y cuando llamo al 092 para solicitar el servicio de grúa ya que tengo asignada una plaza reservada por ser una persona con discapacidad y necesitar silla de ruedas, y como  está ocupada, me contestan y me dicen : otra vez, usted ?  y yo, contesto:  Si cada día cuando llego a la plaza reservada hay un vehículo estacionado, que quiere que haga yo ? .

Este es el pan de cada día, llegar a la plaza reservada y que este ocupada, ir al centro comercial o a un parking público y que las plazas para discapacitados estén ocupadas por vehículos llenos de personas sin ningún tipo de discapacidad. Lo más divertido es que cuando tocas el claxón o hay alguna persona dentro del vehículo estacionado en la plaza,  te dicen que es un momento que ahora se van;  que son cinco minutos.  Tú ya estás harto de los cinco minutos de cada día, siempre cuando llegas la plaza está llena,  y tú le contestas porque ya estás quemadito de cada día, ni cinco minutos ni dos, saque el vehículo por favor que quiero poner el mío e irme a mi casa.  Entonces muchas veces se quedan mirando y te dicen, que mala leche tienes, tampoco es para tanto.  Pero lo que no se dan cuenta es que tú vives los cinco minutos, casi cada día, y por eso ya estás a la que saltas.

Ahora, voy a explicar la anécdota, hace algún tiempo, venía de rehabilitación con mi coche y cuando llego al chaflán donde esta la plaza reservada, como siempre: una furgoneta en la plaza, pero con relativa suerte, porque el conductor estaba en ella.  Entonces mi asistente se baja del coche y se dirige al conductor de la furgoneta para que la  saque de la plaza porque yo quiero aparcar mi coche, y le contesta que es solo un momento, yo ya me caliento y le digo que ni un momento ni dos, que saque la furgoneta, y me dice que ahora no la saca, que haga lo que quiera.

Pongo mi coche justo detrás del suyo, impidiendo así que pueda salir y llamo al 092 a la guardia urbana para que me envíen una patrulla.

Mi sorpresa es cuando llegan y les explico el caso, y me dicen que muy bien pero que si el conductor de la furgoneta me quiere denunciar puede, porque estoy impidiendo su libre circulación, y yo asombrado les contesto: pero, si el que he llamado a la guardia urbana he sido yo.  Yo soy el discapacitado y esa es mi plaza reservada asignada.  INCREIBLE !!

Moraleja :  Si eres discapacitado, y tienes asignada una plaza reservada en la vía pública, ya puedes estar calmadito para llevar la situación, porque cada día hay una historia nueva y cuando llamas para pedir ayuda, encima primero te toman por pesado en el teléfono y luego cuando llegan los que en teoría te tienen que ayudar, te dicen que no tienes razón y que encima te las vas a cargar tú.
